Lost Creek Farm and Hawk Knob Cider and Mead are set team up for another one of their popular Appalachian cider-pairing dinners in late-May of 2020. Chef Mike Costello and Amy Dawson will prepare a six-course menu featuring a variety of heritage recipes, heirloom crops and foraged ingredients. Each course will be paired with one of Hawk Knob’s award-winning ciders or meads.
